Music Make Your Mood

Music is magic. It is proven that good music can make your mood good. A lot of people go through depression these days and the cure they find is music. The popularity of music festivals and online sites like gaana, wynk music shows just how much music is part of our culture, but researchers continue to find that music can be integral part of our health. People can successfully improve their moods and boost their overall happiness. While listening to music has great health benefits, making your own, especially through singing and chanting is also therapeutic. When we listen to a rhythm, our heart actually begins to sync with it. A slow heartbeat with a strong diastolic pressure tells our brain that something sad or depressing is occurring. Very fast beating is obviously related to excitement, whereas a dreamy rhythm with occasional upbeats can signify love or joy. Do keep listening to the to the tunes you love, but save them for when you really want to get up and dance.
